Our aircraft seating repair services include inspection, repair, overhaul and modification of the entire range of aircraft seating to include cockpit, crew seats and all classes of passenger seats as well as VIP seating.
We provide inspection, repair, overhaul and fabrication of sidewall panels, overhead bins, ceiling panels, bulkheads, windscreens, dado panels, lavoratory modules, cabin dividers, PSUs and other interior parts.
We have extensive capabilities from our highly skilled artisans for all your aircraft interior cut and sew needs, including curtains, seat covers, armrests, carpet, flooring, cargo nets and other soft goods.
Our craftsmen have extensive experience fabricating replacement parts by creating custom molds and utilizing thermoforming equipment. We offer window reveals, tray tables, armrests, seat trim, bins and more.
Our company also caters to an exclusive clientele of business and government leaders from around the world, providing a comprehensive array of aircraft interior cabin furnishings and custom upgrades, utilizing our in-house fabrication and cut-and-sew capabilities to create first-class interiors for private jets and luxury aircraft of all sizes.
We have the ability to assist our customers in their cost reduction initiatives through fabrication of many components under Owner Produced Parts (OPP) programs. We have complete engineering, drawing and material analysis services to assist in fabrication of interior parts and our shop equipment ensure the majority of items can be fabricated in-house.

INTERIOR COMPONENTS

Our technicians specialize in efficiently removing and installing complete interior sets, as well as conducting thorough inspections and repairs.
Repair and refurbishment of components are primarily completed during line maintenance checks, or "C-Checks," which occur every 12 to 18 months. C-Checks are more extensive inspection requirements mandated by the FAA and are determined based on the amount of flight hours ("FH").
